What’s your minimum order quantity for customized thermal lenses and modules?

We support prototype samples from 1 piece, small trial batches and mass production orders.

How long is the lead time for OEM & ODM samples and mass orders?
A:
Standard OEM samples take 10–15 working days. ODM customized prototypes need 15–25 working days. Mass production delivery will be confirmed after sample approval.

Do you provide SDK and technical documents for secondary development?
A:
Yes. Complete SDK, datasheets, operation manuals and calibration software are supplied for all thermal modules to support your equipment integration.

What’s your official product warranty policy?
A:
All thermal lenses and modules enjoy a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Our engineers offer free remote debugging, and offline technical training can be arranged on demand.
