Step 1: Demand Communication & Technical Evaluation
Share your application scenarios, target optical parameters, functional requirements, order quantity and delivery timeline. Our optical engineers and R&D team assess technical feasibility and provide an official quotation including sample cost, NRE fee and mass unit price.

Step 2: Custom Optical & Structural Scheme Design
We output full design documents: thermal lens optical drawings, module structural sketches, hardware circuit plan, firmware function list, and offer 2–3 optional solutions for your selection.

Step 3: Prototype Sampling & Lab Testing
Develop customized thermal lens and module prototypes within 7–20 working days. Complete optical performance testing (resolution, thermal sensitivity, temperature accuracy, distortion) and environmental aging tests before sending samples to your side for field verification.

Step 4: Sample Revision & Final Confirmation
Optimize lens optical parameters, structure or firmware according to your test feedback. Retest prototypes until all indicators meet your standards, then sign the sample confirmation document.

Carry out trial mass production to verify assembly yield, optical consistency and stability; full calibration and aging inspection before formal mass order.
